1. What MGO Data is

MGO Data is a marketing services company ("we," "us"). We run two things, and we keep them separate on purpose:

The human team. The paid services below are performed by people. Our team does SEO, AI SEO (how your business shows up in the answers AI assistants give), Meta ads management, Google ads management, and branding, and we say so plainly because you deserve to know what you are buying.
DT 1.5. A self-serve software dashboard. Today DT 1.5 performs live site audits and drafts structured-data fixes for your approval. It does not run ad campaigns or manage branding today, and its product page labels exactly what is live and what is still rolling out. DT 1.5 is currently free to use and provided as-is.

2. The services

Audit ($499, one time). A full human review of how your business shows up in search engines and AI assistants: what is broken, wrong, or missing across your site, your structured data, and, where you share access, your ad accounts and brand presence. Every problem we find comes with a concrete written fix. You receive a written report you own and can act on yourself, with or without us.

Done-for-you service ($1,500 per month). Our team does the work month to month across the lanes you need: SEO, AI SEO, Meta ads, Google ads, and branding. We execute the audit findings, run and maintain the ongoing work, and report to you weekly in plain language. Nothing goes live without your approval. Billed month to month.

Custom scopes. Multiple brands, heavier ad volume, or work that does not fit either box is quoted individually, in writing, before you pay anything.

Audit credit. If you buy the $499 audit and then start the done-for-you service within 90 days, the $499 is credited against your first month.

3. The refund promise

If the audit does not surface at least one real problem with a concrete written fix, we refund the $499 in full.

To claim it, reply to your audit delivery email within 30 days. We will not argue with you about it.

4. Cancel anytime, no surprise charges

The done-for-you service is month to month. There is no contract term and no cancellation fee.
Cancel by emailing b@mgodata.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. You keep everything we delivered up to that point. We do not bill you again after that.
We will never charge you an amount you have not agreed to in writing. If the monthly price ever changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before it does.
We do not auto-upgrade you, add fees, or renew you into anything new without your explicit written yes.

5. What we do not and cannot guarantee

Read this section before buying. It is honest, and honesty here is what the law requires.

We do not control search engines, AI systems, or ad platforms. Google, Meta, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and the rest are run by other companies. They decide what their systems show, rank, say, and charge.
We cannot promise that any AI assistant or search engine will say or show any specific thing about your business, or that changes will appear by any particular date, or at all.
We do not guarantee business outcomes. No specific revenue, calls, leads, rankings, ad performance, or customers.
What we do promise: the work itself. We will actually run the checks, actually deliver the written fixes, actually do the agreed work on the done-for-you plan, and show you proof of what we did every week. The audit refund promise in Section 3 stands regardless of anything in this section.

We word it this way deliberately. The FTC's Operation AI Comply enforcement sweep, announced September 25, 2024 and still active as of 2025, targets companies making deceptive claims about what AI can do. We promise effort and delivered work, not outcomes we do not control.

6. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate business information. If you give us wrong information, the work we deliver will carry that wrong information, and that is not a defect in our service.
Confirm you are authorized to act for the business and to authorize us to work on its behalf, including, where you grant it, access to your site, ad accounts, and business listings.
You are responsible for your own legal and regulatory compliance in your industry, including the claims your business makes in the ads and content you approve.

7. Ownership

You own the audit report and the deliverables we produce for you. We keep the right to use our own methods, templates, software, and anonymized learnings. We will not name you as a client publicly without your permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the services is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business, even if we were told they were possible.
The services are provided as described in these terms. Beyond the express promises in Sections 3 and 5, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in this section limits the refund promise in Section 3.

9. Disputes and governing law

Before either of us files anything, we agree to try to resolve the issue by email first.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the current version always lives on this page. For active monthly clients, changes take effect at your next billing cycle, and we will email you about material changes before they apply.
